Create the estimate
Open Estimates and start a new quote. Reuse the same customers and catalogue items you use on invoices.

Share for a decision
Mark it sent and share the estimate link. The customer can accept or decline from that page.

Record the outcome
If they reply off-link, use Record acceptance or Record decline so the status matches the conversation.

Convert when they say yes
Convert to draft invoice. Nothing is billed until that draft is issued. The estimate keeps a link to the new invoice.
