Add a customer
Open Customers and enter a display name such as Kojo Mensah. Email and phone are optional.

Reuse the record
Invoices, estimates, bookings, and payments all pick from this list so you do not retype spelling.

Keep billing details accurate
When a customer has a separate billing contact, store it on the record before the first invoice.

Protect the list
Customer rows stay inside the business. Export them from Data export when you need an archive.
