Start a new invoice
Tap New invoice on Today, or open Invoices and choose New invoice. Sales roles can create documents; other roles still see the list.

Choose the customer and lines
Pick a saved customer such as Kojo Mensah, or add one first. Describe each product or service, quantity, and unit price in GHS. Taxes and discounts stay on the line.

Save the draft
PayMe assigns the next invoice number for the business. You can edit a draft. Issued invoices keep their history instead of silent rewrites.

Mark sent and share
Mark as sent when the bill is ready, then copy the public invoice link or share it from the document tools. The customer does not need a PayMe account to open it.
