Open Payments
Go to Payments from Today or the primary navigation. Recording is for money you have already seen in the bank, till, or Mobile Money wallet.

Choose the invoice
Search by invoice number or customer. Enter the amount, date, method, and a reference you can match later.

Confirm independently
Do not mark an invoice paid from a screenshot alone. Check the statement or provider record first, then save.

Review the receipt
Open the payment to print or share a receipt. Reversals stay in history instead of deleting the original row.
