Share the order link
From Today use New order or the catalogue shortcut, then share the public order link the same way you share a booking link.

Review incoming orders
Open Orders. New catalogue orders stay here until you accept, pack, or cancel them.

Act from Today
Today counts orders awaiting action so a bakery morning list is obvious at a glance.

Collect later
Pay-on-site orders still need a recorded payment when the money actually arrives. Do not assume a placed order is paid.
